Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer selected as leasing agent for Parkway Property portfolio
March 22, 2012 3:07 PMThe Hertz Group of California has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for the leasing of the former Parkway Properties office portfolio in Chesterfield County. The portfolio consists of five suburban Class A office buildings offering a total of 419,126 square feet in the Midlothian corridor submarket.
The properties are: Boulders Center in the Boulders Office Park, Moorefield I, II and III in the Moorefield Office Park and the Winchester Building, located at 10800 Midlothian Turnpike. The leasing agents are Evan M. Magrill, Suzanne L. White and James Stikeleather.
