Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports several leases in Fredericksburg market

Jorge Rivera has renewed a 12,000-square-foot lease for office/warehouse space in the Falmouth Industrial Park in Fredericksburg. Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In other deals for Thalhimer, Office Environments International leased 12,800 square feet of warehouse space in Fredericksburg Center B Building at 11900 Main Street in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations.
G&K Services Co. also renewed its lease of 12,000 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Longwood Business Center in Spotsylvania. Nelson also handled those negotiations.
