Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports several leases in Chesapeake
April 30, 2012 6:00 AMMcElroy Metal has renewed its lease of 16,000 square feet at 3052 Yadkin Rd. in Chesapeake. Tom Dana handled lease negotiations.
In other deals, Cox Commercial Fleet Services LLC leased 10,000 square feet at 933 Business Park Drive in Chesapeake. Patrick Mumey and Tony Weiss handled lease negotiations.
Those agents also represented Piedmont Fabrication Inc., which renewed a 10,000–square-foot lease at 1319 Yacht Drive in Chesapeake.
