CST Group leases 16,740 square feet in Reston

CST Group, a certified public accounting firm serving the greater Washington region for 40 years, has signed a 16,740-square-foot lease at 1 Dulles Corridor, a Class A office building at 10740 Parkridge Blvd. in Reston.
The company is currently located at 1800 Robert Fulton Drive in Reston. “... We are pleased to move our offices into one of the premier buildings in Northern Virginia,” Joe Romagnoli, managing partner, CST Group said in a statement. “ … The new office space is consistent with the culture and direction of our firm. We are bullish on the region, and the CST Group is well positioned to service its many businesses and successful individuals, wherever they may work or reside.”
Completed in 2008, 1 Dulles Corridor is located overlooking the Dulles Toll Road at the Hunter Mill interchange. It offers a campus-style environment with a two-story lobby and rooftop sky garden with panoramic views of Tysons Corner and the Dulles Corridor.
Managing Directors Steve Ranck and Tom Cresce of Jones Lang LaSalle led their team on the transaction.
