Commonwealth Commercial Partners will lease three office buildings in Boulders Office Park
April 11, 2012 4:56 PMCommonwealth Commercial Partners Inc. will lease and manage three, Class A office buildings totaling nearly 300,000 square feet in the Boulders Office Park in Chesterfield County. The assignment comes from Lingerfelt Development in Richmond, which recently purchased the buildings from Liberty Property Trust.
The addition of these building brings Commonwealth Commercial’s managed portfolio to more than 13 million square feet in the Richmond area. Commonwealth has offices in Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Greensboro, N.C.
