Commercial development planned for North Stafford
December 31, 2012 1:18 PMThe Thomas J. Wack Co. wants to build 25,000 square feet of commercial space off Garrisonville Road in North Stafford, according to the Free Lance-Star.
The company wants to rezone 9.2 acres from agricultural to commercial use. Plans include a 6,500-square-foot convenience store and gas station, 4,400-square-foot bank, 15,000-square-foot pharmacy and
three other commercial properties.
No specific retailers were mentioned, according to the Free Lance-Star.
