Colonial Williamsburg to get a new restaurant
August 22, 2011 11:52 AMA new 140-seat restaurant is coming to Merchants Square in Colonial Williamsburg. David Everett, chef/owner of the Blue Talon Bistro and The Trellis Restaurants in Merchants Square, is the force behind the new, yet-to-be-named pub. It will be located in the former SunTrust building at Merchants Square. The 10,800-square-foot brick buidling will be renovated, with six offices available for lease on the second floor, and the restaurant on the ground floor. An opening is planned for spring 2012.
