Clarion Partners has selected Cushman & Wakefield of Virginia to manage two large buildings in Northern Virginia totaling more than 450,000 square feet.
The first building is the Chantilly Distribution Center, a 351,000-square-foot building at 3900 Stonecroft Blvd. in Chantilly. The center is 97 percent leased to tenants including J.B. Hunt Transport Services and Paxton Van Lines. It offers 30-foot ceiling heights and multiple loading docks. Located about two miles from Washington/Dulles International Airport, the center has good access to the Dulles Toll Road, I-66, Route 28, and Route 50.
Also located close to the airport is Dulles Woods III, a 102,000-square-foot building at 45110 Ocean Court in Sterling. It’s 90 percent leased to tenants including EZ Worldwide Express.
The Cushman management team includes Sandy Monaghan, managing director/area lead; Erin Nicholson, senior property manager; Patricia Bohen, senior project manager; and Brian Tucker, executive managing director.
