Chinese company buys industrial building in Suffolk for $1.5 million

Superwatt Power International Co. Ltd., one of the largest generator set manufacturers in China, has purchased a 30,525-square-foot industrial facility on 6.6 acres in Suffolk from Wells Fargo Bank NA for $1.5 million. The property, at 1013 Obici Industrial Boulevard, is served by overhead cranes and will be used by Superwatt’s U.S. firm to be known as Grandwatt Electric Corp.

Bobby Phillips and Jeffrey A. Cooke, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer ,handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
