Chesapeake Controls buys office/flex building for corporate headquarters
May 03, 2012 1:40 PMChesapeake Controls Inc. has purchased a 10,000-square-foot, office/flex building on approximately 3.2 acres from Cavalier Properties for $965,000. The site at 3819 Holland Blvd. in Chesapeake will be the new location for the company’s corporate headquarters.
After completing some upgrades to the property for storage and parking, Chespeake plans to move in mid-June from its current location in the Cavalier Industrial Park.
