CBRE|Hotels represented CIBC 15-50 Kingsmill Road Williamsburg, c/o C-III Asset Management LLC in Irving, Texas, in the sale of the 295-room former Williamsburg Marriott at 50 Kingsmill Road in Williamsburg. The buyer was WVI-Williamsburg LLC.
The hotel is centrally located near historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The former Williamsburg Marriott is being converted to a Doubletree by Hilton.
Hotel amenities include three dining spaces, a fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool, a service business center, and 45,000 square feet of meeting space in 45 meeting rooms.
