Cardinal Bank continues to expand in Washington, D.C. metro area
June 01, 2011 11:46 AMCardinal Bank opened its fourth Arlington branch Tuesday. Located in the Williamsburg Shopping Center, it’s Cardinal’s 27th location in the Washington, D.C.-metro region.
The branch will be headed by Shannon Owens, who most recently was a store manager with Wachovia Bank.
Cardinal Financial Corp., the parent company of Cardinal Bank, has its headquarters in Tysons Corner.
