California investment group buys inn in Williamsburg

AP Investment LLC, a California investment group, purchased the Williamsburg Outlet Mall Inn from United Central Bank of Texas. David Mumford with the Newport News office of Mumford Co. and Steve Kirby with the company’s Atlanta office advised the seller. According to Mumford, the new owner plans to renovate the hotel and capitalize on its location near the Williamsburg Pottery and nearby outlet malls.
