ART FX Inc. leases 40,000 square feet in Suffolk
August 12, 2012 6:08 PMART FX Inc. has leased 40,000 square feet at Virginia Regional Commerce Park in Suffolk. Lang Williams, Ashton Williamson and Worth Remick of the Hampton Roads office of CBRE handled the transaction.
In another leasing deal for CBRE, American Packing & Crating LLC leased 20,000 square feet at 3800 Village Ave. in Norfolk. Chamie Burroughs handled the transaction.
