In other Richmond area transactions brokered by Thalhimer:
• Old Dominion Warehouse & Distribution expanded in its current location and now leases 59,877 square feet at 2819 Bells Road in Richmond.
• Packing Systems and Supplies Inc. renewed its lease of 16,117 square feet in Enterchange at Northlake, Building C at 11800-11890 N. Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County.
• Cannon’s Online Auctions LLC has leased 14,000 square feet in the TJ Maxx Shopping Center at 9125 W. Broad St. in Henrico.
