November 04, 2012 6:23 PMGreif Flexibles USA Inc. has renewed a 20,000 square-foot lease in the Airport Industrial Center II on Thurston Ave. in Virginia Beach. Patrick Mumey of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In other deals for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads, S&V Warehousing LLC leased 10,000 square feet at 5201 City Line Road in Newport News. Clay Culbreth handled lease negotiations.
Bounce House also leased 10,000 square feet in Patriot’s Plaza at 3032 Richmond Road in Williamsburg for an indoor go kart track. Drew Haynie, Richard L. Thalhimer and Jim Ashby handled the lease negotiations.
