Tetra Partnerships has since established itself as the leading office condominium developer in Northern Virginia, currently working on over 1.1 million square feet between sales agreements, management and development. This includes the 210,042 square feet delivered in 2007 alone and 800,644 square feet under management.  Recognizing the shifts in the market and being flexible enough to anticipate and respond to market needs has kept Tetra Partnerships in the lead of its industry.
