      <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CACI International Inc. has hired Dr. Keith L. Salzman as chief medical information officer. </p>

<p>Salzman will work with the Arlington-based company to increase its expansion in healthcare IT and clinical informatics. CACI is the prime developer of the Department of Veterans Affairs&#8217; Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER), technology that will help the VA, Department of Defense and private health-care providers share patient health records.</p>

<p>Salzman was most recently the chief medical information officer at Madigan Army Medical Center, where he developed a global medical network within the DoD that provides healthcare to all U.S. military personnel. Under Salzman&#8217;s leadership, the Madigan Informatics Division grew from a team of 10 to more than 100 with a budget of $3 million to $6 million during a six-year period. </p>

<p>Prior to joining NCI, Clark was executive vice president, CFO and treasurer at Stanley Inc., a government IT firm in Arlington that was acquired by CGI group in September 2010. During his five years at the company, NCI&#8217;s annual revenue from $282 million to over $900 million. </p>

Drummond was one of eight women listed among companies with $10 million to $25 million in revenues.</p>

<p>Drummond created, authored and led development of SiloSmashers&#8217; Peak Performance methodology, which helps companies operations become more efficient. </p>

<p>Other Virginia women that made the list include Kathy Albarado of Reston-based Helios HR in the category of companies with $5 million to $10 million in annual sales; Ashley McNeff of United States Homeland Investigations Inc. in Alexandria for companies with $1 million $5 million in sales; and Pat Wirth of Potomac Falls Express Lube &amp; Car Wash and Beverly Morton Billand of The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm in Lovettsville for companies with less than $1 million in annual revenue.</p>
