Taylor Franklin, vice president, multifamily development for S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk, has been named a company shareholder and partner. Taylor joined the firm in 2004. He initiated the condominium conversion of Ghent on the Square Apartments and has been instrumental in many other multifamily projects.
Nusbaum also promoted the following associates to vice president: Lee David, Caroline Forehand, Andy Friedman, Bill Harrington, Joy Herlong, Chris Hucke, Kathy Jones, Andrew Myers and Chris Zarpas.
With offices in Norfolk and Richmond, S.L. Nusbaum is one of Virginia’s largest commercial real estate firms, managing more than 5.3 million square feet of retail space, 18,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
