Richmond Fed names new law enforcement executive
May 25, 2012 3:27 PMThe Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond has appointed Markus A. Summers assistant vice president in the Bank’s Law Enforcement Unit.
Summers has been with the Fed since 2010 as senior manager of Law Enforcement in the bank’s Baltimore office. He previously was deputy director of the Prince George County (Md.) Police Department.
Summers earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Excelsior College and a master’s degree in management from Johns Hopkins University. He also served five years in the U.S. Air Force.
