NCI Inc. has chosen Brian J. Clark as its new executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.
Clark brings 15 years of executive experience in government IT services to the Reston-based company. He will manage all aspects of NCI’s financial operations, investor relations and commercial and investment banking relationships. Clark will also lead the company’s mergers and acquisitions program and strategic capital investment decisions.
Prior to joining NCI, Clark was executive vice president, CFO and treasurer at Stanley Inc., a government IT firm in Arlington that was acquired by CGI group in September 2010. During his five years at the company, NCI’s annual revenue from $282 million to over $900 million.
