Long & Foster Real Estate names director of training and recruitment

J. Nicholas D’Ambrosia has been named the director of training and recruitment for Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. in Chantilly. A division of The Long & Foster Cos., the real estate arm represents more than 12,000 agents in seven mid-Atlantic states. D’Ambrosia is the former president of GMAC Real Estate/Real Estate Service Center and served as vice president of operations for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the mid-Atlantic region.
