Teresa Gauldin has been named president of the Waynesboro-based Legacy Group Holding Corp.
Legacy is a conglomerate of construction businesses including Mathers Construction Team, March Excavating LLC, and Augusta Erectors Inc.
Gauldin had been president of Augusta Erectors.
