Gov. Bob McDonnell has appointed Harrisonburg realtor Joe Funkhouser to the Virginia Real Estate Board. Funkhouser is president and owner of Coldwell Banker Funkhouser Realtors. He begins his four-year term immediately. The state board writes and enforces state real estate regulations and regulates businesses and people who represent others in real property transactions.
