Gibbs & Cox Inc., an Arlington-based naval architecture and marine engineering firm, has appointed Warren Lundblad as vice president of engineering. He will manage and support platform and systems engineering across the company’s portfolio. Before joining Gibbs & Cox, Lundblad served in the U.S. Navy for 25 years. Most recently, he led contract oversight efforts for all Navy shipbuilding. Besides its headquarters in Arlington, Gibbs & Cox has offices in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Hampton.
