Bill Magner is the new executive managing director and area leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s mid-Atlantic and Southeast Region. He will be based in the commercial real estate firm’s Washington, D. C., office. He comes to Cushman & Wakefield with more than 30 years of industry experience and most recently held the title of director of brokerage for the mid-Atlantic region for Jones Lang LaSalle. Magner succeeds Jim Underhill, who was recently named CEO, Americas for Cushman & Wakefield.
