Carlos C. Solari has been appointed vice president of cyber technology and services for Falls Church-based CSC.

Solari will manage and market cyber technologies and services for CSC.

He held many senior positions with Alcatel-Lucent where he led the company’s cyber security efforts as vice president for security strategy and solutions. He also managed information technology programs for the FBI.
