Cardinal Bank Corp., a financial holding company headquartered in Tysons Corner, has named Cheryl L. Steinbacher as senior vice president, director of human resources. In this position, Steinbacher will lead initiatives in human resource management within the Cardinal network.
Before joining Cardinal, Steinbacher worked for six years at Integra Bank in Indiana, where she held roles in human resources and leadership development. Cardinal serves the Washington metropolitan region through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cardinal Bank, with 26 banking offices.
