WRSystems has promoted Brad Greene to department head of the company’s engineering and science sector. He will supervise day-to-day operations for the sector, which includes more than 40 engineers, programmers and mechanical engineers. Greene’s responsibilities include recruiting, marketing and business development. An employee since 2001, Greene’s previous position was program manager for the firm’s U.S. Navy Navel Sea Systems Command and project manager for its Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. Based in Fairfax, WRSystems is an IT and systems engineering firm serving government and civilian clients. The Norfolk office is home to the company’s engineering services division, and is the firm’s largest location, with a staff of 220.
