Paul S. Fleming II and Donald W. Thornhill have been named senior vice presidents of Richmond-based insurance broker Bankers Insurance LLC .
Fleming is now senior vice president – East Region, and Thornhill is senior vice president – West Region.
In these roles, Fleming and Thornhill will oversee sales management in their regions, including development of strategic initiatives for revenue growth and recruitment of new sales talent.
Fleming had been regional vice president of the Portsmouth office. He now oversees the Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Newport News, Portsmouth, Richmond and Winchester offices in Virginia, as well as the Edenton, Elizabeth City, Kitty Hawk and Plymouth offices in North Carolina.
Thornhill, who had been regional vice president of the Charlottesville office, now oversees the Charlottesville, Danville, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Lynchburg, Roanoke, Staunton and Wytheville offices in Virginia, as well as the office in Asheville, N.C.
