New Mary Baldwin program makes graduate proud
To the Editor,
As a recent graduate of Mary Baldwin College with one of the last Business Administration Marketing/Management degrees, I have seen firsthand the exceptional value of the new business program [“Revamped program resonates with students.” May issue].
The Business for a Sustainable Future program certainly will be a handy skill set once out in the work force and looking to possibly help set up the baby steps needed for a potential employer to take a more sustainable approach to business.
This new program will definitely stand out against the grain of the usual business degree when a potential employer looks at your resume and school transcript.
With this new level of business becoming more widely known and used in the business world today, Mary Baldwin has definitely taken the leap of faith and undoubtedly succeeded in doing so. So very proud am I to say that I am a Mary Baldwin fighting squirrel, and that I am proud of my alma mater!
