Xanterra Kingsmill leases 18,458 square feet in Williamsburg
January 22, 2012 5:49 PMXanterra Kingsmill LLC, a corporation specializing in parks and resort property management, has leased 18,458 square feet in three separate suites at the Busch Corporate Center at 300 McLaws Circle in Williamsburg. The suites were leased to Busch Properties, Inc. prior to its recent sale of Anheuser-Busch. Abe Ellis of Cushman & Wakefield |Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.
