Windwood Centre in Virginia Beach sells for $8.4 million
May 23, 2011 8:00 AMContinental Capital Management LLC in Virginia Beach has purchased the Windwood Centre, a 77,622-square-foot, Class A office building on Lynnhaven Parkway for $8.4 million, or about $109 per square foot. Jason Oliver and Alexander Divaris of Divaris Real Estate Inc. represented the seller, Centralia Associates LLC, a Berman Kappler Properties partnership. Divaris has leased and managed the property since it was acquired by Berman Kappler, based in McLean, in 2003. The 23-year-old property is located across from Lynnhaven Mall.
