Wegmans to be first tenant at Albemarle County shopping center
June 01, 2012 12:20 PMCharlottesville-based company River Bend Management has signed a lease to include Wegmans Food Market in a new 470,000-square foot shopping center,.
The Daily Progress reports the center on an 80-acre tract at Fifth and Avon streets in Albemarle County will have up to 30 businesses.
The groundbreaking is planned for next year, with the center’s completion scheduled in 2015.
