Wawa ground lease in Stafford County sells for $4.2 million

An undisclosed buyer paid $4.2 million for the lease, which has 10 years remaining on a 20-year-lease. Joe Graham with CBRE/Raleigh and Rich McDaniel with CBRE’s Fredericksburg office represented the owner. CBRE in Philadelphia also represented the buyer.
In another ground lease deal for CBRE Joe Graham, with the firm’s Raleigh office, represented a private buyer in the purchase of a Sheet ground lease in Winchester. The off-market property sold for $2.7 million and was facilitated by a repeat buyer.
