Valley View Shops sell for $2.2 million in Roanoke

A & M Enterprises L.P. has purchased the 9,485-square-foot Valley View retail center in Roanoke for $2.2 million. The company said it bought the center at 4757 Valley View Boulevard as an investment. Tenants include Men’s Wearhouse and GameStop. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Investment Brokerage Group and John K. Nielsen of Thalhimer’s Roanoke office handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, LNK Partners.
