Richmond-based Union First Market Bankshares Corp. plans to combine two of its community banks. CEO G. William Beale said in a statement today that the Northern Neck State Bank and Rappahannock National Bank will merge into its largest bank affiliate, Union First Market Bank, on October 12, 2010.
