Two warehouse properties in Hanover County sell for more than $1 million each
August 22, 2011 11:21 AMPorter Realty Co. Inc. reports the sale of two warehouse properties. Vaughan Lakeridge LLC sold a 22,400-square-foot office/warehouse at 11049 Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County to TGJ Inc. for $1.2 million. Kevin E. Cox handled negotiations on the seller’s behalf. In another deal, a 16,875 square-foot -office/warehouse at 11107 Air Park Road in Hanover County was sold by BSC Properties LLC to Richmond Investment Properties LLC for $1.1 million.
