Tri-Way Industries relocates and expands in Newport News
February 12, 2012 1:47 PMTri-Way Industries Inc. has relocated its Newport News operation into 80,344 square feet of industrial space at 5201 City Line Rd. in a move that nearly doubles its space. Tri-Way is a Washington state-based firm that has been in the Hampton Roads market for more than 12 years. It manufactures shipboard furniture for Huntington Ingalls Industries. Tri-Way is the first tenant to back fill space at what was formally a Spiegel distribution facility on City Line Road. Clay Culbreth of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. He also is the exclusive listing agent for the remaining 292,000 square feet of space.
