Chevy Chase Plaza is a 163,405-square-foot, Class A office that provides access to Metro’s Friendship Height’s Red Line station.
Reston Arboretum, at 2235 and 2245 Monroe Street, consists of two Class A office buildings totaling 372,985 square feet. They are fully occupied by BAE Systems. The property is less than ten miles from Washington Dulles International Airport and provides access to the Dulles Toll Road,
