Trammell Crow buys parcel at Dunn Loring Metro Station for mixed use project.

CoStar Group reports that Trammell Crow Residential has closed on a parcel of nearly six acres at the Dunn Loring Metro Station in Vienna for $51.2 million, or about $8.8 million per acre. The land, currently a parking lot, was sold by The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. Trammell Crow plans to redevelop the site into 720 residential units and 125,000 square feet of retail, including a Harris Teeter supermarket.
