Thrift Store City renews lease
July 11, 2011 9:51 AMThrift Store City has renewed a lease for 24,000 square feet of retail space at 1760 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk. Michael Myers of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord. In another deal for Nusbaum, Arrow Forklift Parts renewed a 20,120-square-foot lease for industrial space at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake.
