Columbia, S.C.-based developer Edens has added to the list of restaurants planned for The Shops at Stonefield in Charlottesville.
Three restaurants — Black & Orange, Parallel 38, and Cyclone Anaya’s — will join already announced eateries Jason Alley’s Pasture, Travinia Italian Kitchen and Burtons Grill at the shopping center, which is scheduled to open next month.
The retail center is planned for Route 29 and Hydraulic Road. It will feature a 12,500-square-foot Trader Joe’s, a 135-room hotel and a 65,000-square-foot Regal IMAX Theater with 14 screens. When finished, The Shops at Stonefield will house 1.2 million square feet of retail.
Edens develops, owns and operates 130 neighborhood shopping centers in markets throughout the East Coast.
