Three-acre self-storage property in Hampton sells for $4.9 million
August 01, 2011 11:38 AMStrategic Storage Trust purchased the Simply Safe Storage facility 815 LaSalle Ave. in Hampton for $4.9 million. The seller was Quality Properties Asset Management Co. The buyer plans to operate its business, T/A SmartStop Self Storage,
on the 90,991-square-foot property. Kenneth Penrose Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations.
