The Lynd Co. of Texas buys Dove Landing Apartments

The Lynd Co. of Dallas, Texas, has purchased Dove Landing Apartments for an undisclosed price. The 436 apartments are divided between nine locations—eight in Virginia Beach and one in Norfolk. Dove Landing was part of a 3,000-unit portfolio assembled by The McKinley Co.
Dan Johnson, senior vice president, and Hank Hankins, vice president, for CBRE|Hampton Roads, represented the seller for the Virginia portion of the portfolio. Peter Stevens of the CBRE Philadelphia office was responsible for the sale of the portfolio.
