The federal government leases more than 100,000 square feet in Lorton

The U.S. General Services Administration has leased 112,500 square feet of warehouse space for 10 years at the Gunston Commerce Center in Lorton, according to Citybizlist. The State Department will occupy the space. David Alperstein represented the landlord, FD Partners, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the government. The center, at the junction of Interstate 95, Route 1 and Route 123, is not far from Fort Belvoir and Quantico Marine Corps Base.
