Thalhimer selected for facilities management for two industrial buildings
January 13, 2013 1:04 PMThe facilities management of two large industrial buildings has been awarded to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. The company will manage 4500 Early Road, a 357,673-square-foot industrial property in Harrisonburg.
The second assignment is for a 172,759-square-foot property in Buena Vista. The portfolio manager for both properties is Gabe Niccum in Thalhimer’s Roanoke office.
