Thalhimer reports several leases in Hampton Roads
December 19, 2011 8:00 AMFederal Express Corp. has renewed its lease of 25,620 square feet at 2648 International Parkway in Virginia Beach. Bobby Phillips, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations. In another deal at the beach, Commonwealth of VA/VMRC renewed a 23,129-square-foot lease in Maritime Square at 2600 Washington Ave.
In Norfolk, Arrington Commercial Interiors leased 14,500 square feet in Laderberg Warehouses at 5595 Raby Rd.
