Thalhimer reports several leases in Fredericksburg
August 11, 2011 3:08 PMThe Fredericksburg office of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports four leases totaling more than 25,000 square feet. The largest lease was for an electrical distribution company. Capital Tristate leased 13,200 square feet of industrial space at 11001 Houser Dr. in Spotsylvania County. The company has 15 locations in Virginia. Virgil Nelson handled lease negotiations.
