Thalhimer announces several leases in Hampton Roads

One of the largest was for Lockwood Brothers, which leased an additional 19,200-square-foot bay in Tidewater Warehouses at 814 Childs Ave. in Hampton. Bobby Phillips handled the deal. Gags & Games, Inc. leased 17,000 square feet on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News. Power Utility Products Co. renewed its lease for 15,000 square feet at 1416 Ballentine Blvd. in Norfolk.
